Trish Buzzone

Trish Buzzone is the founder of Buzzone Leadership and an experienced executive leadership advisor and facilitator specializing in automotive retail. Her work in the car business began in 2014 with a Toyota dealership and expanded in 2020 to Southeast Toyota Distributors, where she works with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and SET leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and performance.

She also works independently with public and private automotive dealer groups, including some of the nation's highest-volume Toyota dealerships, helping leaders strengthen accountability, build more effective teams, and translate consistent leadership behaviors into stronger business performance.

A founding partner of the John Maxwell Certified Team with more than 15 years of leadership development experience, Trish understands the realities of leading people, navigating change, and sustaining performance in automotive retail.

As the creator of ACING™ Leadership and Quick Shift to GROW, Trish has developed an experiential approach to leadership development grounded in awareness, curiosity, and intentional behavioral change. Her work helps leaders recognize their strengths, expand their perspectives, and become more consistent in how they lead, particularly when the pressure is on.

Known for her engaging, practical, and thought-provoking facilitation style, Trish creates experiences where leaders discover their own opportunities for growth rather than being told what needs to change.
