Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Karen developed an early appreciation for the creativity, determination, and commitment required to build a successful business. Her professional experience includes working across departments in a large international manufacturing organization, where she gained valuable insight into the systems, communication, and relationships that keep businesses running effectively.

As an entrepreneur, Karen built and grew her own business from the ground up, managing employees, customer relationships, contracts, and business development. A certified speaker, teacher, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, she combines practical business experience with a strong commitment to personal growth and developing others.

Throughout her career, Karen has embraced the importance of truly seeing people rather than simply observing what they do. That perspective, combined with her belief that growth begins with a willingness to try, shapes the thoughtful and resourceful approach she brings to her work.
